Todd Callan joined HomCo Lumber & Hardware in 2000 bringing over twenty years of lumber and hardware experience with him. He holds an Arizona Contractor’s License and enjoys sharing his expertise in residential and commercial construction with HomCo customers, employees and the Flagstaff community. As a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International he has gained valuable leadership skills in providing a positive workplace with the focus on the development of the employees. Todd believes the success of HomCo is driven by the strength of its people. Knowledgeable employees in a focused but friendly workplace, led by seven core values, positively impact the service to all HomCo customers. Todd is passionate about all aspects of his work at HomCo but his most memorable moment is from 2009 at the HomCo Lumber & Hardware’s 3rd Annual Shoes & Brews Charity Horseshoe Tournament. “We made a donation to the family of Dawson Merrick who was diagnosed with Leukemia,” says Todd. “It was touching to see the money go to help the family during such a difficult time.” A resident of Northern Arizona for over 40 years, Todd enjoys everything the area has to offer. He loves to spend time traveling, hiking and mountain biking with his wife, but during the summer Todd and his family can most often be spotted boating the canyons of Lake Powell.

Away from work Dan enjoys golf, playing disc golf , and spending time with his wife, traveling whenever possible.
Shawn joined HomCo Lumber and Hardware in January 2016. For the last 20 years, he has been extremely successful in a management role while working for a multi-store chain of Ace Hardware stores in Arizona and Southern California. Shawn grew up in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where he started working part time in a lumber yard at Ace Hardware. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge of both hardware and retail experiences. Through the years of calling Southern California home, Shawn continued his education and desire of wanting to learn how to fly, and earned his pilot’s license. From boating on Lake Havasu, zipping up and down the Colorado River, to racing across the desert on his dirt bike, you will find Shawn always moving forward with great passion, and spending time with his family. With that, he is now looking forward to calling Flagstaff his new home, and excited to be part of this great community.
